If you are not going to be home in time for delivery, you can request to add an 'Authority To Leave' note on your order by simply adding 'ATL' at the beginning of your address. By choosing this option, Island style Clothing and the courier are not responsible if your package is stolen from your property. If you have any other special requirements, please email us directly at aloha@islandstyleclothing.com or by phone at 0498 116 390.

We use Australia Post as our designated courier for most domestic and international Orders.

Once your order is packed, you will receive an email, with a tracking number to follow your parcel with the courier. If you don't receive this email, please check your SPAM and/or JUNK folder as it may get filtered in there.

For international shipping, all prices are calculated by weight. Once you have added your item/s to your cart and proceed to check out, input your delivery address, and shipping costs will be automatically calculated.

International Customs Duty / Taxes & GST / VAT:

Customs Duties, Taxes, GST and/or VAT may be applicable to delivery within some countries. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay these fees upon the goods arriving in the country – Not the responsibility of Island Style Clothing. Please check with your local country laws regarding these fees. 

Please allow an additional 5-10 BUSINESS days from regular estimates for international delivery - due to Covid-19 there are fewer flights therefore freight is slower than usual.
