The pricing of custom shirts depends on order quantity, material and complexity of the design, for example you may need embroidery added to the pocket or collar and that increases the cost. When calculating your custom shirt printing cost, factoring in quantity is key. If you're purchasing a small number, you can expect to pay retail prices – think $60-$70 AUD per shirt. The price decreases with volume production.

There is definitely more than one way to add a design to a shirt. We can incorporate your logo, branding, graphics and colours into the print design, and alternatively screen printing, inkjet iron-on transfers, direct-to-garment printing and vinyl graphics are all solid options for adding logos to pockets. It's up to you to decide which method is right for you. If you have your artwork ready, you can that to our design team and we will show you a mock up of how it will look.

Cotton is considered one of the best fabrics for Hawaiian shirt manufacturing since it is soft and breathable. Our personal fave is Rayon as it's softer and more breathable but not as durable as cotton. Synthetic fibers, on the other hand, are smooth and have low water absorbency, but may not be comfortable for everyday wear especially in a hot climate like we have in Australia esp in the tropics. Consider the function of your shirt, and choose your fabric accordingly. We have many natural and recycle fabrics to choose from.
